COVID-19 Market update April 2020

Many bridging lenders have suspending their operations and may be unable to complete loans. However many lenders are still  open for business. If you have a valuation report we may be able to replace your loan and use an existing valuation report subject to assessment and acceptance of the valuer.


Buy to Lets for companies are available to 75% LTV and rates still competitive. However no valuations can be undertaken until further notice.


Some BTL lenders will progress to the offer letter stage and condition for the valuation. This means cases can proceed to the legal stage.
